It automates alerts for any new blog posts from your submitted cybersecurity websites, delivering the title, link, and any embedded Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) straight to your Slack workspace.

Configuring and Using FriendlyIR

Once FriendlyIR is installed in your workspace, it will automatically push updates from the server to your designated Slack channel every hour. Users can add a new source to be tracked by typing "/newsource example.com" in the channel.

Please note that these updates cannot be manually triggered from the client-side and will occur automatically as per the server schedule. This ensures you are continuously kept up-to-date with the latest posts.

Install FriendlyIR

To get started with FriendlyIR, click on the 'Add to Slack' button.

Select the channel where you would like to get the alerts.

Click on Allow
